VERNIL, HELP HIM.

This page was added completely last minute. Originally the Tanner scene lasted 2-3 pages, but it wasn't really useful? So I cut the pages down. But then it felt kind of sudden just jumping right back into Federico's office again, so I added this little intro from the workers' perspective as a small bumper, along with adding some more depth to the background cast and their view of the situation, particularly for Vernil.
